The Status API returns the job status and metadata (steps) from JobID. And is similar to the generic Jlib implementation.
When there are any failures on some of the underlying entity setup or jobs, the overall installation doesn't fail.
Role of the installer job is to orchestrate and is it'll only return failure when there is an error in orchestration
