Lists the various credentials that exist for a given organization.
This also returns possible scopes for each credential.
includeAssignments flag can be used to fetch assigned cred entities
Example use-case:
- Show available creds to assign on an entity
- Show all cred on org for creds maangement
- Show the corresponding cred entities to which creds are assignedTo
