Create a project

You define projects within an organization. Projects can contain related environments, applications and deployments. From the point of view of the Code Pipes hierarchy, environments, applications, and deployments are children of the project to which they belong.


Projects can also contain:

• A list of environment and/or IaC (i.e. Terraform) variables. You can override these values when you create an individual environment within the project.
  
  
• Any credentials required for the project to access external systems such as GitHub, GCP, and AWS.
  
  
• The default policy set to be used for IaC validation.
