post https://api.codepipes.io/identity/v0/organizations//creds/appliedscope
This returns the one cred matching given scope that is available to the given entity.
It also returns the inherited creds. The inherited creds has the data to identify, from where it has been inherited.
One credential may appear multiple time in case the credential is assigned to the entity and it's parent with different scopes.
